NarrateKit provides an AI-powered content creation platform that combines brand voice with viral content psychology to help brands and creators produce engaging content. Our services include:

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to NarrateKit. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and use your content to provide our services.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI becomes your property, subject to these Terms. However, you are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and doesn't infringe third-party rights.

Our Intellectual Property

NarrateKit's platform, AI models, algorithms, and proprietary viral content database remain our exclusive property.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
  • Enterprise customers may have custom billing terms

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. AI and Machine Learning

Our AI models are trained on publicly available viral content and user-provided data (with consent). We continuously improve our models, but we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
  • Guaranteed viral success of content
  • Complete elimination of bias in AI outputs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NarrateKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
